Fit one to three real tasks into one local day.

Choose existing tasks, supply their durations, and optionally set a work window. TextTodo reads fixed Calendar events as blocked time and asks when a required duration is missing instead of inventing it.

The preview lists each work block before Calendar changes. You can correct the plan conversationally. Confirmation applies only to the latest version, so an older plan cannot be accidentally booked after a revision.

Complete fixed schedules

Preserve exact ranges when you already know them.

A separate fixed-schedule preview accepts up to 20 same-day blocks with exact user-supplied times. It preserves every supplied range, warns about conflicts without moving anything, and still requires confirmation.

Execution

Partial outcomes stay visible and retries stay safe.

Each block uses a deterministic identifier and is claimed durably before creation. If Google accepts some blocks and another fails, TextTodo reports each result. A duplicate confirmation converges without intentionally creating duplicate events.

Current limits

One day and a deliberately small plan.

Generated planning is limited to three existing tasks and durations supplied by the user. TextTodo does not autonomously schedule, continuously optimize, or move work. A Google Calendar connection is required to read conflicts and create confirmed blocks.
